Description

Makfa Feather pasta is made from durum wheat of the highest grade. It does not contain GMOs. Also, it contains no food additives and dyes. It tastes best when feather pasta cooked until "al dente". To obtain the correct "al dente" consistency, characterized by the elasticity of pasta, it is recommended to cook the feathers for 8-10 minutes.
Feathers pasta is ideal as an idependent dish or with dishes like pasta sauces, soups, and stews.
