Return & Refund Policy

1. General Terms
This policy applies to all purchases made at GoStockUp.com and is part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Final Sale Policy
Due to safety and freshness concerns, all food and grocery items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes but is not limited to:
- Dairy products
- Meat and fish items
- Frozen goods
- Pantry groceries
- Beverages
- Baked goods
- Sweets & snacks
- Temperature-sensitive or perishable products
3. Damaged or Spoiled Items
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incomplete:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at: customerservice@gostockup.com
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the product(s) and packaging
Each case will be reviewed individually. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion. In some cases, we may request the product to be returned or disposed of before processing any refund.
4. Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow 5–7 additional business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds
- If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, contact us again
5. What Cannot Be Refunded
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery
- No proof of damage or spoilage provided
- Order was delivered correctly and without issue
- Errors caused by incorrect shipping address or customer input
6. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is accepted by the carrier or local courier.
GoStockUp is not responsible for any damage, delay, or spoilage that occurs while the shipment is in transit. You may file a claim directly with the carrier for resolution.
7. State-Specific Disclosures
- Prop 65 Warning is displayed for shipments to California
- Bottle and can deposits (CRV) may apply at checkout for: CA, CT, HI, ME, MI, OR
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped. Once your order enters processing or is transferred to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately after placing your order for changes.
