Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and shipped with FedEx Home Delivery® or FedEx Standard Overnight®, depending on your location and whether the items are perishable. Local NYC and Nassau County orders are delivered by our own couriers.

Yes. Our shipping rates come directly from FedEx and are among the most competitive nationwide. We don’t inflate product prices to hide delivery fees — you pay transparent, low shelf prices plus actual shipping costs at checkout.

Yes. We deliver to all 50 states: Zones 1–3: FedEx Home Delivery® (with dry ice) or FedEx Standard Overnight®. Zones 4–6 (incl. Alaska & Hawaii): FedEx Standard Overnight® only.

Free delivery is available only for NYC Local Delivery (5 boroughs + Nassau County) on orders $59+. All FedEx shipments are charged at live carrier rates.
