Our story
A favorite meal can carry a family tradition, a childhood memory or the comfort of a familiar routine. Those small connections are at the heart of GoStockUp.
Our online store brings that feeling into everyday shopping — with a real store and a team behind it.

GoStockUp opens in New York with a simple purpose: making familiar foods easier to find and order in the U.S.
We expand our assortment, add new brands and categories, and continue building our online store around what our customers are looking for.
What started locally begins reaching homes across the country as more customers discover and shop with GoStockUp.
We expand our shipping operation, making thousands of products available to customers across the United States.
Our selection grows to thousands of products from Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, and other regions — bringing more everyday staples and hard-to-find favorites together in one store.
We launch Go+, our membership program created to give returning customers better value, member savings, and added benefits.
We continue to add new products, improve our service, and make shopping with GoStockUp simpler — while staying focused on the reason we started: helping people find the foods they know and love.

Shipping & Delivery →Inside the box
Every perishable order is packed by hand in our Oceanside store. Here is what happens before it leaves.

Your items are gathered from the store shelves and fridges, checked against the order and grouped by temperature: ambient, chilled and frozen are kept apart from the start.

Perishables travel in an insulated cooler inside a sturdy outer box. The box size is matched to the order so the cold stays where it should and nothing shifts in transit.

Chilled items get frozen gel packs. Frozen items get dry ice, sized for the distance and transit time. The box is sealed and labeled, so it is handled correctly on the way.

Local NYC and Nassau orders go out with our own delivery. Nationwide orders are handed to the carrier the same day they are packed, with perishables shipped Monday to Wednesday so they never wait over a weekend.
